Nice patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture leading to the big fully fenced back yard with Weber BBQ and nice outdoor furniture. The small garage has a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Garage has game room with Pac-Man, air hockey, foosball, darts and more! Great location, just two miles to Oldtown, Target, Sequoia Park Zoo, and Redwood Sky Walk, less than a mile to grocery, gas, and Hospital.
